Please complete the order form below to purchase from us. We will reply you with the payment details normally within the next 24 hours upon confirmation of purchase. After the payment details has been sent, payment has to be made within 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. We will mail out the parcels at our availability, normally the next day upon payment. However please allow a period 2-3 working days for item (s) to reach you. Should there be any delay, we will duly notify you.

DELIVERY
Starlet Kiss will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels caused by Singpost. All the prices stated on the site are final and non- negotiable. Starlet Kiss reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion and amend Terms & Conditions at any point of time without prior notice. Postage is charged according to the cumulative weight of the items and in accordance to the postage rates as provided by the mail service provider. The Starlet Kiss’s default mail service provider is SingPost and you can find the postage rates for local packages and overseas packages at their website. In addition, a handling fee of up to S$0.50 will be charged for each transaction.

NORMAL MAIL
Normal mails usually arrive within 2 working days, but may take up to 5 working days from the shipped date, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Scarlet Kiss will not be responsible for any lost mails in such instances. It is up to our discretion and of goodwill that we help check with the mail service provider with regards to the missing packages. For SingPost, you can enquire about your packages here or call them at 1605 (local) or +65 6841 2000 (overseas). We advise our customers to use registered mail to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps.

REGISTERED MAIL
Registered mail involves an additional standard charge of S$2.24. Registered packages usually arrive within 2 working days, but may take up to 5 working days from the shipped date, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. A tracking number, or registered article number (RA#), allows you to check the status of the package with the mail service provider. For SingPost, you can track the status of your package here.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We will inspect items before posting out. We will refund or exchange any defected items if it is being mailed to us within 7 days after purchase. And postage charges for all exchange to be borne by buyer. Customers are to make sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails. Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects;
Please note, below reasons are not considered as defects:
• Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
• Slight colour differences (NOTE: Colours of items may differ slightly due to variations of monitor’s colour management),
• Wrinkles;
• Sizing issues (clothes do not fit);
• Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
• Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
